At first you must create an account, please click on "Create Account" top of left hand side screen. then fill up all * Required Information, then Click on " 
" button to create an account. After you created an account, you can purchase our products immediately. Then you can go to "Customer Login" top of left hand side screen. It is under the "Create Account", login your account by entering the registered email address along with the password you entered when you created an account. Once logged in, you will see product's price and quantity box along with "add to cart 
" button appeared under the product's picture.
Select the item you like to order, then designate the quantity wanted by clicking on the quantity box, the click on "add to cart button ". If you see a "Item in Cart", you have added the item to the shopping cart successfully. Repeat same procedure if you want to add more items. You can see cart totals on the top of left hand side of the screen.
After finishing purchases, Click on "Check Out" on top of right hand side screen. Then you will go to shopping cart, you can check each item is correct quantities or not in there. you also can update each item quantities or remove items by clicking " 
button" which place on the top or bottom in Shopping Cart. If you check all item informations is correct, then you can click on " 
button which place on the top or bottom in Shopping Cart" and select shipping and payment method which you want, and then click " button " in the bottom of right hand side of Delivery Information Page and Payment Information Page
Then click on " 
button" in the bottom of right hand side of "Order Confirmation Page". (make sure you only click "confirm order" button once).
You will receive an order confirmation email if you placed your order successfully within 5 minutes.
2. How to track my order?
First, login http://www.insbag.com/ by entering the registered email address along with the password.
Then click on "My Account" button on top left hand side of the page. you will see last three orders. If you want to view more orders , click on "Show all order".
3. Can I fax in my order?

4.How often do we update the products price and inventory for the website?
We update products price and inventory for the website daily on night by an automatic program. As a result, the accuracy of price and inventory is pretty high; However, since the inventory is not on real time, sometime some of the products that the customers ordered might sold out after placed the orders.
