1. Shipping Customers pay for the actual shipping amount. We ship orders by UPS Ground or UPS 3 Day Select or UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. Not available in HI, AK and PR (It will be shipped by USPS Express mail.) UPS does not accept P.O. Boxes as shipping address.
2. Delivery If Items are in stock, we may be delivered immiediately;however, it depends on the inventory flow, orders may require manufacturing also. If product from orders required manufacturing, please allow approximately 2 weeks for AIR SHIPMENT and 4 weeks for SEA SHIPMENT before we attempt to deliver the order. And the days customers will receive their orders, It depends on the shipping services that the customers choosed. 3. Tax Certificate Domestic Tax certificate is required to purchase from Ins Handbags Inc. For foreign country customers, their passports are required. Otherwise, 8.875% of NYC sales tax will be applied to the purchases. 4. Return Policy All merchandises are final sale. NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE. For broken merchandise during transit by carriers, we provide free repair or exchange products, customers need to inform us within 7 days from the day received the products, and ours authorization for any return products, it is customers responsible the shipping fee of the return products.
